Has error message 66 and 38 model IW812

Hi - Code 38 is pressure related: remove the rear top corner (2) screws, locate the clear tube with a clamp on, blow into it away from the the controls, insert & try again.

Under no conditions do you blow pressure into the transducer or the electronics end - it will damage the unit.

The problem with the washer is that the motor controller has sensed the lack of water in the machine as so to speak, hence the error.

Code 66 - is also the same issue as code 38. Worst case scenario you need to replace the motor controller module.

System error 010023 00000001 and macanical problem

Hi,

010023 – Is a EEROM Test failure error

Try the following to get it straighten;

Clear the EEROM and turn the printer off and on again from the back of the printer. If after clearing the EEROM the error disappears, make sure you perform the calibration back up.

If we are not sure how to perform the above steps, please visit the manual from the below thread Page 38 ;

Please let us know if that was helpful enough.
Good Luck & Thanks,
Shiv.

MFC-620cn fax-2440C error 38

The only way to solve a Machine Error 38 is if there is an item/broken paper inside the machine that you can actually reach. Judging by the sound your machine seem to make, I'd rather guess that you got a mechanical error on your hands, which would require the machine to be sent to service to have it solved. Check for bits of paper or other loose items, otherwise - service.
