When you go to settings -> Network settings -> do any WiFi networks appear? Are you able to hard wire your tablet with a Ethernet cable? You may need to factory restore if your WiFi drive has been corrupted. Are you able to physically remove the battery? If yes then remove the battery and hold the power and volume buttons at the same time for 45 seconds and then re-insert the batter and power the device on, make sure you WiFi is Enabled/turned on, and attempt to connect to a known working WiFi source if you cannot hard wire the tablet. It is very possible your network card had died and you may need a replacement tablet as its very expensive to replace a NIC (network Interface Card) on a tablet as they are proprietary.
Please let me know if you require further assistance,

Try a power reset by pressing the power button for 30 seconds with your device unplugged, then plug in your device and leave it on the charger for a few minutes, then press the power button again for 30 seconds while plugged in.
