I rececntly found this dumpster diving and it doesn't have the powercord. I cant seem to find the power cord pinout anywhere.is there a way to test to see If this works or not?

Usually, you must get a replacement through the manufacturer. However, many products share common cord designs, & you may be able to find a compatible cord at your local thrift stores. They often have odd cord sections.
