SOURCE: fridge problem

There is a drain, usually at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. Pull out the bottom two drawers and see if there is a drain. It is usually in the very back of the inside compartment. Make sure it is not clogged. Usually, this is the problem.

SOURCE: Superba fridge 1992 occasonal water under bottom freezer drawer

you have a frozen defrost drain. in order to fix this you will need to remove all shelves and basket out of the freezer. then remove rear evap cover. one youve gained access to this area you will see at the bottom of the coil an aluminum pan that most likely wil be iced over. clear away this ice then try to flush out the drain line with warm water. sometimes its neccessary to force water into drain line with a large syringe or turkey baster. this should fix ya up.
good luck and thx for using fixya Peyton

SOURCE: What causes water to accumalate under the drawers of the fridge?

Assume you mean in the freezer compartment? If so this would indicate that the condensate drain is blocked up. You can defrost in two ways. Safest is to switch off the fridge, put a normal pedistal fan in front of the fridge so that the air blows into the compartment until it has defrosted. Or use a hairdryer. Either way, once defrosted, locate the drain hole and force water through it with a turkey baster. This can be done from inside the cabinet or from the back on the outside. Hope this sorts you. ratemeplease

Leaking Refrigerators
Leaking Refrigerators
I hear a lot of complaints from people that see water leaking into their refrigerator from seemingly nowhere. Water appears in different places and even inside or under a refrigerators that does not have a water or a ice dispenser! Frost free refrigerators defrost the ice that collects on the evaporator coil on the average of about every 8 hours so the water that accumulates during defrost has to go somewhere right?

This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

HOW TO FIX A DRAIN LEAK INSIDE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER PART 2

Fridge Leak

We fixed the leak by putting a pipe cleaner down the hole inside the fridge, at the back. This cleared the tube as it had gunk and grime blocking it. Now the water can run freely down the tube and into the drip tray which is at the back of the fridge above the motor.
