Hi Misty,
The broken screen in your TV is replaced as complete panel unit. Usually the replacement is expansive and the panels are not easily available. Better go for new set and put the internal parts of the broken set for sale on internet.
Sorry to hear you have a cracked screen. Unless it is under warranty it is not costwise to get repaired. The cost of the screen exceeds the cost of a new television.
