How can I get the green screen when I play Netflix

Hello Jane,

Have you ever been able to view Netflix on this device before? What device are you trying to view Netflix on? If it is a tablet, i recommend restarting your tablet and trying Netflix again. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix. If you only see the green screen when trying to run Netflix, and no other app, it may be a problem with the app or with the Netflix website.

Good luck!

NEED ACTIVATION CODE FOR NETFLIX

1)Open your preferred web browser on your computer and navigate to www.netflix.com
2)Log into your acct if necessary and click "Your acct & Help" on the upper right hand side of the page
3)Scroll down the page until you reach the "Watching Instantly on your TV or computer" section and click the link for "Activate a Netflix ready device"On the device itself, navigate to the Netflix App (location will vary based upon model-please see your manual for specifics)
4)After launching the app for the first time, you will be asked if you have a Netflix acct. When you answer "Yes", you will be given an authentication code that you will then need to enter on the page you should now be at on your computer.
5)Click the "Activate" button after entering the code on the "Activate your Device" screen from your computer.

Netflix will now link your device and your acct; you will see a confirmation message on your computer when successful. You should now be viewing your Netflix home screen on your device. Select a title to begin streaming.

You can just add the devices on. You go to your account and add the devices that you want to view Netflix on. You should be able view 2 or 3 at the same time per account.

How do i close a movie on netflix after i finish watching it?

You didn't watch the trailer. It depends on your tv, i just press the back button and I get the choice of removing, adding to list. When it comes up again I get a choice resume or start from beginning.

I want to add netflix to my TV. I don't have a computer or a wii what do I need to do or add to start getting Netflix now.

Does your television have a Netflix app built in? If so you can sign up using the app on your television. If not, you will need some type of device that connects to your television in order to view netflix.

Some devices that come with Netflix are devices such as:

  • Game Consoles
  • Blu-ray Players
  • HDTVs
  • Set-Top Boxes
  • Home Theater Systems
  • Phones & Tablets

For more details and a full-list of brands and models, you can check out the Netflix website. https://signup.netflix.com/Watch

Hope that helps!
