Can I suggest you type this question into Google and ask for the instructions for the scoreboard. I found the answer to your question in about 30 seconds. While I could give it to you, it would be better for you if you spend the time to work out how to find solutions for yourself. I am not trying to be mean to you, but I do find that a lot of people do not spend any time themselves trying to find the answers to questions that they could find in a few seconds of research. Give it a try, you might find it easier and quicker to use Google.

Wall scoreboard clock model #0028 not working after outlet blew

Remove several screws around perimeter of clock. Open up clock and find small (quarter -sized) battery. Remove this battery - it may be hot glued in place but you need to remove this. You don't have to replace it just remove it. Apparently this battery is used when you have a power outage to retain date / time, but when it goes dead it won't allow the clock to operate. So just remove it and put the clock back together and all should be fine except you will have to reset the date etcetera when you have a power outage.
