I had a similar problem with my Whirlpool model 6ED25DQFW side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker/water dispenser. Water was slowly pooling under the refrigerator under the freezer section. The defrost drain pipe was not blocked, the condenser fan was running, the drip pan was not leaking.
The source of the leak was found to be the icemaker solenoid block plastic body which had a pinhole leak.
To fix requires either plastic welding, or replacement of the solenoid block plastic body.
To access the solenoid block firstly requires removal of the cardboard cover, located at the lower rear of the refrigerator.

On humid days water puddles in the bottom of the frig.

Sounds like the door is not closing properly so humid air is coming into the fridge OR door not closing properly and the humid air is condensing around the door so it is leaking the condensation OR

The water from the defrost cycle is not evaporating so it overflows from the evaporator pan above the compressor. You better call a service technician before getting some floor damage (Do not call A&E)

Hello, this sounds like you have a blockage in the drain tube, remove panel back/bottom of freezer..you may see ice build up...melt ice with hair dryer/heat gun...you will see a pan below evaporator...melt ice in pan...dry water up in pan with paper towel...now you should see a hole in pan that leads to drain tube...pour some hot water in pan..wait a couple minutes..mop up water and repeat this step 2-3 times....once you have done this find some flexible curatain wire or electrical wire..poke down the hole until you see the water drain..now it is clear..put back panel back and you are good to go. The reason you see water in the fridge is because the water has been leaking into the freezer and down the vent into the fridge instead of running into the drain hole...Please feel free to comment again if you need any further assistance. Your evaporator drain pan under the fridge may be misplaced. If so, simply pull out the unit and place the pan back where it goes under your box. Hope this helps!

Water leaking onto floor from bottom of whirlpool frig

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

Is your problem fixed yet?

Yes, I fixed my problem of the plugged drain that caused the ice to melt onto the floor. Apparently, frostfree frigs have a drain that leads to a pan under the frig by way of plastic tubing from inside the freezer compartment. The drain tube end for my frig only had about 1/8" clearance above the pan bottom. The pan was dirty with an ENORMOUS amount of dust that had collected. So, I had to move the frig out from the wall, remove the back cover at the bottom of the back of the frig. This exposed the white tubing and the gross pan of dust and water paste. I cleaned the pan, disconnected the tubing from the clip holding it in the pan and trimmed about 1/4" off the end to create a bigger clearance into the drain pan.

Make sure the frig is unplugged before you do the job so the evaporator fan doesn't hurt you.

Now, I will have to clean from behind the frig at least once a year.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Do you have a Dog ??? I had a customer who had a problem like this once.................Only to find out in the middle of the night the dog jumped up and with his nose pressed the water dispenser..If not plz check inside the freezer and see if your drain is clogged pull the bottom drawer out and look on the back wall..
PS: the pan even with a clear drain will not fill up the condenser fan with the heat from the condenser will evaparate the water after a defrost cycle

This is the most common thing on this site for refers. Its the drain line that takes water from the freezer when it defrosts to the pan underneath the appliance. You need to locate the drain line and remove the obstruction, sometimes its frozen so a short thaw may be helpful. The way I do it is I find the drain hose at the bottom of the fridge where it drains into the pan. I then connect a hose to it and blow compressed Co2 into the line. When there is no back pressure, I know its clear.
