I am trying to figure out the icons on my Delonghi conditioner and I don't know what the one is that is a circle and it looks like part of a face is for

generally that icon is for a setting that maintains a relative humidity in the room as against the temp setting
it is a comfort setting so that you will not feel cold at a setting
understanding that air conditioners are conditioners of the air and they do that by removing the humidity ( moisture present in the air) to allow you to perspire more freely and so feel cooler
with near no humidity in the room a temp setting of 25 c will feel too cold so the smiley icon is a setting where the humidity is kept at a level where the 25c feels "just right"
all is explained in the user manual that you can download from the manufacturers web site if you do not have one

Can't find my manual. How do I get the messages off the phone, it's a Magicbox Logan three dect thingy.. Also how do you get a conference call happening?

Hi
To delete messages you need to first listen to them all on your machine via the BASE, then after all the messages have been played (which can be very boring) press and hold the DEL button. It will then ask you to confirm deletion by pressing OK. Not too sure about the conference call as mine does not have it. If however someone else in the same room wants to listen to the caller you can press the handsfree button (speaker icon) on BASE. If you want to speak to someone within your household in another room, you need to press OK on HANDSET, then press down to INTERCOM, press OK again and it will give you several options, INTERCOM ALL (where all available handsets can talk to each other), or HANDSET 1 or 2 to select a specific one. Hope I have helped and it does not sound too gibberish!
Regards

How do I use the room monitor? when I go to menu then room monitor the display reads R.M extention?but when I enter 1 or 2 ect... it says not available

Very Cool Feature. With the handset off, press the mute button(menu/ok). then arrow down to ROOM MONITOR. press the mute button again. it will prompt "ROOM MONITOR EXTENSION?" press either 1 or 2 depending on what handset you are using(if 1 doesn't work, try 2). And that is it you can really hear what is going on. To stop monitoring, press cancel.

I want to put room temp on 30c but the default 24c

If you want the room at thirty C, it would appear you want the aircon to heat. To do this it would need to be a heatpump model which is capable of heating. If this is true, then it is a matter of changing the mode setting from cooling (default 24) to heating which would default at 30. Hope this helps. Look for a button with three or four icons, one should resemble an ice crystal (cooling) another should look like a radiating sun.
