Question about Cell Phones
Happy New Year
Start by going to settings find Wi-Fi touch that and you will find out wheather you are connected to the internet and the name of the service provider is visible on your phone as well as the router
On the back of the router where the name is, the password for the Wi-Fi is as well. It is usually in capital letters as well as numbers.
My experience is that it is better to write the password down on a piece of paper, then put in the line for it on the phone.
Hope this will be of use to you.
