Hello, Maryann -
If the email address for the South African Nursing Council is not accepting email messages, then the best method of contacting the right section of the council is to make a telephone call. If you scroll down the Contact Us page for the council, you will see a chart listing the council's sections and telephone numbers:http://www.sanc.co.za/contact.htm
If you are outside of South Africa, to make a telephone call it seems you will have to add 27 before the telephone number and eliminate the 0 at the beginning of the telephone number. Depending upon where you are located you will also need to start entering the phone number with the long distance access number for your location. It will either be 011 or 1. See the International Calling Code information here:https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/phone/homephone/general+support/long+distance+calling/general/95208.htm
According to information on the Contact Us page, telephone lines are generally open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (GMT). You may find the information here helpful in determining the right time to make your phone call based on your location:https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
I am answering from the USA.
