How to fix sanli whipper snipper start pull problem?

Hi, You should replace the spark plug. Most plugs die after 6 months of use. Also make sure that fuel mix is correct. Too much oil will make the motor run poor and stall. Good luck.

Sanli mower

well, looks to me like your problem is definitly fuel-intake related... if you cleaned the jet nozle or whatsitsname(i am not native english) you might want to check your float inside the carburator because a little rust could have acumulated around the floats needle preventing it from letting fuel in? also there might be more nozles, or maybe the small cavities inside the carb are filled with rust, worst case scenario you will have to take the whole carb apart and clean it out, hope i helped

I have a sanli mulcher lawnmower about 3years old, always ervicedand looked after. last few uses its been gutless. today it was running but stopped. when I went to restart it, it made ratchetting sounds,...

Never heard of a sanli. If the engine is backfiring, indeed it could be out of time. One sure way to check if it is out, is to see if the flywheel key is sheared.
