When your air conditioner comes up with the error code, H00, it simply means there is not abnormality or problem with the air conditioner and it is meant to run its operation normally. The airconditioner does a self check and then displays a error code on the screen for you to be able to tell where the problem is from. Some times there could be a fault somewhere in the unit, but the self check does not detect it, that is why it comes up with the error code H00. Which means there is no problem and the air conditioner should be running just fine.
Adjust the temperature to see if it will work. If that does not solve the problem. Since it is not detecting the problem and sending its code to the screen and just saying it is under normal condition. I will advice you carry out a general servicing on the panasonic split unit air conditioner.
To do that, Please run through the installation and servicing manual, or you can get an air conditioner professional to run this servicing for you.
Wish you all the best on this. Elect_Comp

Have you gone through this checking sequence.? it's from a Panasonic a/c manual. It could be something as simple as a clogged filter. Once you have rectified the fault, you will probably have to clear the fault code as described at bottom below, before it will condescend to work again.
