My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Prime Core. It is on Vision impaired setting and I need to get it back to regular. Can you help me?

Try rebooting the phone. If that fails you may need to have virgin re authorize the phone. It may even require factory reset. Make sure you back up any data...photos, contacts, etc. First.

When PUK is locked;

1. Enter PUK code supplied with SIM or USIM card; or
2. Contact the service provider or the operator of your SIM card.

Try turning off Samsung S Voice..

1. tap twice the HOME button, so that S Voice comes up.. or go to Apps, select S Voice

2. tap the (menu key) left button next to your HOME button, select settings
