Since I don't see the exact model listed that you need the driver for, I can only suggest that you locate the model number and visit the manufacturers website to download the correct driver. The model is usually on the front or back of the tower.

check if you find a little button under the mouse, press that. also if you find a button on the transeiver press that first then press the little button on the mouse. it have lost the connection and need to reconnect.

You'll need to give your stroller model number (located on a white sticker behind the rear left leg) and the manufacturing date (in your manual). Don't worry if you can't find the manufacturer's date. I didn't have mine and that didn't present a problem.
