Make sure you have the correct blade. There are different blades for different tile. ie ceramic blade for ceramic tile.

Cutting porcelain tile with wet saw and it breaks at the end of the cut?

Porcelain tile has to be cut painstakingly slow, especially the last inch or two to prevent the splitting problem you are having. When you are cutting tile, the sawblade rides up just a little as the tile is being fed into it. You'll notice it if you stop pushing the tile through and watch the head drop down just a bit. When you are getting to the last part of the cut, reduce the pressure you are using to push the tile into the blade so the blade can wear away the tile with little pressure and vibration as possible.

My felker tile master xl is cutting out of square

A dull blade or lack of water will cause this issue. Instead if cutting cleanly, excess friction will cause the blade to ride up the sides of the cutting channel. This action pulls on the tile causing an un-square cut.

Its either the speed of the blade ( mine came with its speed at half rate), or its the crappy blade they give you with the saw. If a cut is bowing your blade is having a tough time with material. This often happens with tough porcelain tiles and not using a porcelain blade.

Just use a rag and grab the blade. Unless the threads are messed up you don't have to hold the arbor still, just the blade.

Wobble blade /rough cuts

You may wanna check the Conveyor Cart Wheel. Replacing this wheel maintains smooth rolling action which contributes to straight, chip-free cuts.

It costs for only about $28.72. Here, you may check this link if you wish to buy the Conveyor Cart Wheels:

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any service center where you can bring your Target Tile saw for repair. But you may check the manufacturer's contact number on the user's manual.

Have a great day!

Wet saw not cutting material completely

It might need a new blade. But try putting an old tile or offcut behind the tile you are cutting. Make sure the table surface is clean and flat. Residue tends to build up around the front of the blade which could cause the tile to crack. The ryobi's have a habit of water getting into the motor and the bearing destroys itself. Next time you take the blade off, take of the blade support and put bearing grease behind the rubber washer. I've blown up two this year until I worked out what the problem was.

The bearings in your saw need to be replaced. I would contact a DeWalt store to obtain the parts or have them do the repair. You have an excellent saw there, well worth repairing. good luck.

i know blades on tile saws don't have to be super tight, i'm not familar with that kind of saw, i put a wrench on the nut and hold on to the blade with my hand and hit the wrench with a rubber mallet, and of course have the unit unplugged
