Our cabin, which is kept heated to 55, is making all sorts of noise when the toilets are flushed and water in sinks are turned on. What could cause this pressure?

SOURCE: Saniplus motor (flushing noise) keeps repeating

I believe you have a problem with a leak. The pump is filling back up. See is the water is leaking out somewhere. Hopefully, you don't have a leak under the house. The water coming into the pump is going somewhere when it comes on.

SOURCE: Our Saniflo - Saniplus works fine and efficiently

Sounds like a restriction in the outlet pipe, the 2 galls from a flush are OK but the bath or shower is more, especiallly if you have flushed before you shower, try drain unblocking chemicals or flushing the outlet pipe with mains water from a hose

SOURCE: The toilet makes a very loud, high pitched noise when flushed.

I recently had the same problem. to let you know I replaced the filler and the flapper to NO avail. I tried flushing with the water OFF and it still did it thought it was in the siphon so I removed the water going in there and it still made the sound. This AM it got to me so I was determined to be rid of the WHINE It only happens when the TOP is on that is when it hit me is the seal so great that the vacuum creates the whine I put the little rubber door stops, the one you use in door jams, on the four side and tada no more sound Hope this helps

Sometimes toilet doesn't fill with water until sink is turned on.

Do you really think 'toilet' is spelled 'toliet'? You wrote this 4 times.

Replace the water inlet valve. It sounds like it is sticking and you also have very low water pressure. Call in a plumber and get the water pressure test with a gauge.

I have a uberhaus dual flush toilet. I turned off the water supply in the house to work on a sink and when I turned it back on the toilet won't fill anymore. If I fill the tank or the bowl it will flush...

You will have to disassemble the fill valve and clean it. When you shut the water off and on to work on the sink it dislodged dirt and scale in the water piping which clogged the toilet fill valve. Check your lavatory sink areators too they may also be partially plugged. Hope this helps.

When I flush the toilet it makes a gurgling noise what is the cause?

Probably a small blockage. Plunge the toilet until it flushes quietly. That, or you need more water in tge tank. You'll have to adjust the water flow. I'd say you have a small blockage though...

Toilet drains to a certain level every half hour then refills with a sqeaky noise, when flused it makes a very loud sqeaky noise.

May need to replace toilet flapper or entire flush valve. water is getting from the tank into the toilet which is causing this to happen.

My toto toilets do not fuush consistently...why?

there are numerous reasons that could cause the problem. If you are having any kind of problems with the sinks or tub/showers draining...then I would say it is either a venting problem or an actual moving blockage in the toilet or drain lines. Check to make sure the water level is where it is supposed to be when you flush. The toilet actually works on downward pressure that is provided by the amount of water in the tank. Also if the flapper is closing to soon that could cause the problem too. Just so many variables.

My saniflow toilet is blocked and a plumber has told me i need a new motor. where can i get this and how much are they?

If you hear it making noise the motor isnt blown, but it could be clogged.

A quick an easy fix is by filling a 5 gallon bucket with hot water (or warm water) and slowly pouring it into the bowl. The warm water breaks the particles up further, and will help flush the unit out. Make sure you run the water alot after its cleared out (to flush the debris). You can do that by turning on the shower or sink (if connected). If you dont have a shower or sink just keep flushing the toilet.

After each flush as the water refill it makes a sound like a siron

Sounds like to much water pressure.  Try turning the shut off valve off.  Flush the toilet.  Then slowly turn the valve back on until it makes the noise again.  When the noise is heard, turn the valve back a little bit untill the sound stops.
