You mean the webcam does not install or program does not detect it? Go into control panel> system > Hardware tab and device manager button and see if your webcam is installed there else download the driver and utility from the Toshiba site.
If it is then you need to use a better program like yahoo messenger or webcamax to configure it for use.

When you start the system and you system goes to freez while loading window thats means there was a problem with OS,window is currept.you need to ghost means load the new fresh OS.
or if when you install a new window and thats loading time your system goes to freezing mode thats means there was a problem with your bootable CD or CD drive,change it vis a versa worked with another CD & drive and check it .

2. Try to press the "Power" button continuously untill the system shuts down!

3. Restart the system.

4. Press F8 key to get the advanced booting options.

5. Select the last option "Last Known Best Configuration"!

you need to change the layout of your keyboard. "Regional Settings" in windows.

Is the fan working? It might be overheating.
Or one of the drivers is corrupt, and crashing the computer. The only way to solve that is by remotely (by means of starting from CD with a mobile OS).
