I am assuming that the rails are not locking for you. The problem is the safety feature which prevents the sides from locking (and unlocking) if the bottom is flattened. The bottom needs to be raised about half way for the locking mechanism to operate. Hope that helps. email@example.com

if so try always from turnig and pulling up the center and then with some help squeeze pulling up the side of each pack. then try to push everything down.
it's treaky and coming back blocked very fast. you have to manage all of them at the same time
