You need to unlock the phone because your phone still lock to another network provider.So, my best advise is to visit nearest mobile repairing shop.There they can easily unlock with the help of repairing tools...so that you will never face trouble.Thanks for visiting fixya

hi i may be able to help you there. i used a nokia e63 and the same thing happened i once encrepteded my memory card on the phone but i decrypteded it later i tried the password i had 'saving key' and it worked but the thing is the same password i had for the encryption was the same one had i set for the phone so if you never encrypted your memory card on the phone try the phone lock code for the phone
