Hi, Your coffee is ground too coarse. Make the grind finer as this will slow down the flow rate. If you go too fine it will just dribble and over extract the coffee."bitter". Dazza REPAIRER

Here is the SOLUTION(S):
1. Buy a sprayhead that restricts the flow2. Let the water flow through for a few minutes, then lift the lid while it flows through.3. Don't use Decaf4. Plug up a couple holes on your current spray head
