Whenever I disconnect my screen form the keyboard on my nextbook ares 11A the screen becomes black and distorted. why is this happening?

when u fix the keyboard it automatically detects the keyboard if it not works contact between the keyboard and screen is not working

just get a new keyboard

None to fix it except to have the screen replaced, which is very costly.

Any updates would be at the website of the company whom makes the software.

A lot depends on what type of connectors that Nextbook has. My Nextbook does have a USB port that you can connect items to. It would seem that you could go to the Western Digital webpage and find out about compatibilities there.

You need to send it in for repair.

No it doesn't have a phone built in.
