The charger for my McCulloch 18V drill (Model 7488) has these specs: 18V Adaptor
Input: 120VAC, 60 Hz
Output: 18VDC, 400 mA
Model: TEAD-48-180400U

I hope this info helps you source a charger from other outlets.
