The impossible we do immediately - miracles take a little longer ! I did put a comment after your previous query suggesting you search Google for a source of the manual - have you tried that ? It is also possible that someone may have one for sale on Ebay. If neither of these bring success, contacting Bell and Howell themselves explaining the situation is another avenue to explore. If you have a camera store locally (not a retailer who sells modern cameras as a sideline), you could see if there is someone there who could help you, or they may know someone who can. If there is a camera club where you are, their members may be able to help.
Have you tried YouTube for instructional videos on loading cine projectors ? Even if they do not show your exact model, you may glean sufficient information to enable you to work out how to load film into yours,
Good luck again.
Tony

Why is my camera flasing E when I load a new film

Usually it's because the film was loaded improperly. Another cause is a plastic spur gear responsible for moving the film is stripped, that would require repair at a camera shop.

I have a Pentax Spotmatic F Camera. When I depress the rewind pin, it does not remain depressed. I must hold the pin in and rewind the film.

Tony your camera is now over 30 years old. THe fact that this is all that is wrong with it is a blessing. But why are you still shooting film? There is nothing you can do on film that can not be achieved on digital.

I have purchased a used camera and I do not know what the dark slide is for. Do you pull it out before you take a picture? What is it for. Is it so you can remove the back with film in it? This is the...

After loading the back with film, the dark slide is inserted so you may remove the back without ecxposing the film. Suppose you had 2 different back, 1 with b&w and the other has color. You are shooting with color. Load the color film and before shooting, remove the dark slide. After a few shots, you decide to change to B&W, insert the dark slide, change backs, remove that dark slide and continue shooting. This is assuming that you have 2 dark slides, 1 for each back. If you only have 1 dark slide, then the back that is not on the camera needs it if it is loaded with film and the other back will have to stay on the camera.

Sorry, not to reply with a resopnse for your issue, hope you have resolved it in the last year. I really need a copy of the users manual, do you still have the camera and if so can I get a copy it. Thank you..
