I have a drolet wood stove model # db03081 i need to know how many inches from the wall it has to be, i can't make out the diagram?

It is recommended that you have it 36 inches from an unprotected wall, if the wall is protected you can go down to 18".

How do I measure stove pipe?

The accepted technique for measuring stove pipe is by the inside diameter. Simply because the outside diameter of double and triple wall pipe are much larger by comparison to the inside diameter. There's no standard for outside measurement that would transfer in a logical manner.

Installed today and there is a four inch gap between wall and back of range! How do I get to be flush with back wall? Counter depth 24 inches with 1/4 granite over hang.

Have your granite contractor cut a "stove strip" to fill the space.  Completely normal.

F3 error code on stove has disabled the oven from opening. I need help in opening the oven and advice as to how to prevent another occurrence. The stove product number is 790.75761002 this however isn't...

The oven temperature sensor is bad. Open the oven look in the back wall of the oven on the top right or left side. There will be a 3 inch piece of metal sticking out, slightly smaller than a pencil thickness. Unplug the range. Remove the screws from the sensor and pull it out to disconnect the wiring plug. Install a new temp sensor.

Remove a whirlpool over the range microwave oven

Jim here. In cabinet above microwave, locate 2 mounting bolts.
Place a box on the stove top to support the microwave once the mounting bolts are removed (you may wish to cover the box with a thick towel or small throw rug).
Procedure:
1. Unplug microwave.
2. Remove both mounting bolts from top of microwave (they secure it to the overhead cabinet).
3. With microwave front angled down onto box, pull some of power cord out of hole (to provide some moving space).
4. With microwave hand supported, remove box from stove top (a second set of hands would be helpful here).
5. HARD PART- detach top of microwave back from wall mounting plate by placing a hand under the bottom rear of the microwave and pushing up. (Wall mounting plate is screwed into the wall behind the microwave and provides both top and bottom support to the back of the microwave.)
6. Lower front of microwave until you can see about a 1-inch clearance between the top-rear of the microwave and the cabinet above it.
7. Firmly lift the microwave straight up and then bring forward. It should be free of the wall mounting plate.

How to install ignitors on Viking Range

I am assuming your referring to the stove top burner ignitor. Well - I can only say on my Viking 48 inch - it was located at top RHS of the stove on the 'back wall'. I was advised by an 'come to my home tech' that it would be located at the back of my stove (ie he would have to pull out the built in unit and cost me 500$). In fact I replaced the unit in 30 minutes ... I removed the two RHS burners (one screw each), disconnected ignitor wires, removed the bracket holding the burners (one screw), followed ignitor wires to silver box covering the ignitor unit (2 screws), opened it & replaced ignitor. Forgot to say - 1st thing I did was turn off power & gas to the range

Electrolux Slide In Electric Range doesn't fit to the wall?

We have the same Electolux range.....it is supposed to fit about 2 inched from back wall......your granite installer will have to fit a piece of granite behind the range. Yes, it is proper to have the plug installed. The plug is not part of the range package and will have to be purchased seperately if your installer does not use the plug from your old unit.

We are on our second slide in with wave touch controls.......we hope you have better luck that we've had. Ceramic cooktops do not seem to be level on all units. The bottom oven has locked up on both ovens and cause burned foods.....Electrolux has problems that aren't acknowledging as yet..........good luck
