Contact manufacturer. Explain situation - not uncommon apparently.Request information on motherboard reset jumper which will allow you to reset passwords. For obvious reasons this will not be marked on motherboard so you need their help.
Alternatively try child starvation but this requires good strategic planning! The eldest has probably taken admin rights and has admin password so should be ok to feed others under supervision. Now choose less obvious password and encript it if need to write down.

try to switch the tv off by the mains for 1 hour and plug it in again. see it this works.
