In my experience no as the eldest starts life with no siblings to learn from. That doesn't mean the eldest child is less smart or wise; it just tends to take them a little longer though it must be recognised different kids tend to have different aptitudes.
There are a lot of variables including whether siblings have the same parentage, the amount and type of nurturing from the family, the size and access to members of the extended family and many other things

Try this procedure.
Hold child lock button down for 4 seconds.
You should hear beeping sound, and child lock safe light should go off.
If it does not work, then try it again.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.
Contact manufacturer. Explain situation - not uncommon apparently.Request information on motherboard reset jumper which will allow you to reset passwords. For obvious reasons this will not be marked on motherboard so you need their help. Alternatively try child starvation but this requires good strategic planning! The eldest has probably taken admin rights and has admin password so should be ok to feed others under supervision. Now choose less obvious password and encript it if need to write down.
