Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Good luck!

SOURCE: My fitbit blaze no longer tracks my heart rate as of 3 days ago. Everything else works fine.

I would try cleaning the sensor with a bit of rubbing alcohol and a soft swab. Once it is dry try using it and see if it starts working. If that does not work you can contact Fit Bit and see if your unit is under warranty.

I have a wireless sync dongle, I want to set up my Fitbit how do I proceed

info i was able to find i hope it helps

When do I need the wireless sync dongle?
    Fitbit Store.

Note that Blaze customers who want to use a computer don't need a dongle if these conditions are met:
    • The computer is running Windows 10.
    • The Fitbit app for Windows 10 is installed.
    • Blaze is in the charging cradle.
    • The other end of the cradle is plugged into a USB port on the computer.
In this scenario syncing occurs while Blaze is in the charging cable. It only works in conjunction with the Fitbit app for Windows 10.

Just received my fitbit blaze and I don't know how to set it up

    Fitbit Setup

Note that only setting the time zone can be done manually. The specific time is derived by syncing with the primary device, not the fitbit.

How can I get into the foot plan to keep count of my food that I eat on the fitbit blaze

    Hello

Here is a link to the Fitbit Blaze manual.( https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_blaze_en_US.pdf ). If I understand your question correctly, you are wanting to set up food & calorie tracking, and I didn't see a specific link to that information in the manual above. However, I did find a link that explains everything you need to know to set up food & calorie tracking. Here is that link: https://help.fitbit.com/?p=blaze
If that does not address your question/problem. Please let me know.
