How long to roast a 3 lb. roast


Depends on the temperature you are going to do it at. My recommendation would be to do an internet search and find the answer for the temperature you plan to use. The time will vary depending on the cooking temperature.

How long should it cook at 325 degrees?


Depends what you are cooking.

"Time-Saver Roasting: Use this method for the tenderest beef cuts if you're in a time crunch. Roast at 325°F (160°C) for approx. 30 min per lb (500 g) for medium doneness. Tenderloin can be roasted at temperatures up to 400°F (200°C)."

If I give 1 to 2 ml per 500 lb how much for 40 lb lamb


Divide 500 by 40, then multiply 1 to 2 by that number.
