Baby beds are tricky, assemble the 2 sides to the stationary rail first. then the springs, then do the sliding rail last then lay mattress on there. if ya ever move it Note: if you ever move it leave the sliding side be and fold the ends inward after removing the stationary side and springs. -pop

well if it had 2 side rails a head board and foot boad you just jam the rails (or in this case they bolt on) into the foot and head board then add slats or wires then foundation then matt I worked at furniture store for many years.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSeYgW1y...

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Pottery Barn Kids Sleigh Crib broken clip on side rail

We had the same thing happen and Pottery Barn was terrible at helping us remedy the problem. However, after much research, we found the solution! There is a company called Products America (www.productsamerica.com) that sells replacement kits for the PBK cribs. Ours was the antique white sleigh crib...all parts matched perfectly and were identical to the originals! Good luck!

Pottery Barn Sleigh Crib Assembly Instructions

We recently put together a PBKids sleigh crib bought on craigslist. the original owner gave us all the old bolts. We actually put the side that DOESN'T say "push" on first. When attaching the "push" side - the one thing we figured out is that you have to fit that side UNDER the rails that are visible on the sides and then pull UP (rather than going down, you have to pull up to fit it in.) that said, the original owner did not give us any bolts/stops to put in the sides that would keep the rail from falling completely to the floor when you push the drop side in. anyone else have suggestions?

Broken upper guide needs replacement

I had the same crib as #2 and the same problem.  It was from Pottery Barn Kids as well.  The web customer support was no help, but I called a store near me and they were able to order the whole part set again. It cost less than 10 dollars.
I hope that helps.
