Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S2386 Notebook (PSAD6U-01D00D) PC Notebook

Open Question

Bios password Hi, I have i a (toshiba satellite A 135 -S2386) laptop.Once i tuned it off from the power botton.After that whenever i turn it on i face to a black screen with a small rectangular blue box saying (Enter password.........)I tried to press (F2) to open the setup page but it didnt work.The problem still remains. Could you please tell me what shoul i do? Thank you.

this is the fault of your usb port, its a hardware problem, its better not to use that port, use a usb hub if you want more usb ports

If u need to change the BIOS settings? then only erase it otherwise keep it as it is.

If it is a default password try "admin" as the pass with out the ""

Toshiba Satelite a135 s2386 USB problems...


I have a toshiba satellite a 135 s 2386....my all usb ports are not working and whenever i attach any of the accesories on it i get a message USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNISED...i have formatted my computer and instaled new windows through my recovery disc but i m still facing the same problem....please help me out.......thnx

something I found this on the internet:
The earlier a135 bios had this problem, even without a password defined!!!! You need the newest bios update, I believe it's 1.60, you can download it from toshiba's website. It will make a floppy, or bootable cd, or has a windows utility if you can boot. You can press F12 on powerup to select boot device, and use the appropriate device to flash the bios, and the problem should go away.
