Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, Check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts. http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You need to (either or both) change from Shop setting to Home, and turn off Viera Link demo.
Go into the menu, choose set up and re set to shipping settings.

SOURCE: my panasonic viera television is
It is my pleasure to guide you.
What is the source the you are watching, video or tv show?
If it is a video from a VCR/DVD player then you may have RCA cables problems.
1. Component video/audio requires five connections,
a. Three for video (green, blue and red) and
b. Two for audio (red and white).
Check to see if all of the cables hooked up properly? The cables are color coded but the red one is used for both video and audio so be careful.
2. Composite video/audio uses three connections,
a. One for video (yellow) and
b. Two for audio (red and white)
Check to see if all of the cables hooked up properly?
This will give you some where to start so
Good luck and please post back that you are successful, giving thumbs up, or that I can be more help.
