Make sure the reciever is connected properly, there should be a button on the reciever to connect the mouse and keyboard, press this. make sure the batteries in the mouse are new, and that the mouse is not out of range. Also make sure the reciever and the mouse are free from dust, dirt and grease from your hands. if these steps dont cure the problem, then return the items to your retailer. the problem is with the pcb.
