Teaspoon is volume and grams are mass.
You will need to know what type of powder being used. Here is a calculation on water not powder for reference.
1 teaspoon = 5 grams

4 teaspoons = 20 grams

Convert 1 g of powder to teaspoon

Gram is a unit of weight (or mass). Teaspoon is a measure of volume. There is no direct conversion. Consider a teaspoon of lead and a teaspoon of feathers. Do they weigh the same?

How many teaspoons of baking powder equals one teaspoon of baking soda?

I'm by no means a baker, but the two are different. However, you can substitute, but you may not get what you are looking for and have to modify the recipe in other ways.

Generally, you will need 3 teaspoons of baking powder to equal a teaspoon of baking soda. But the baking soda is a base, and the baking powder is more neutral, so you may have to reduce the amount of acid in the recipe.

The following article explains it well.

Would l level teaspoon of powdered sugar equal 5 grams?

That depends on the density of the sugar.

Teaspoons is a measure of volume, while grams is a measure of weight (or mass).

For example, one teaspoon of lead will weigh much more than a teaspoon of water.

How to converts grams of white sugar into teaspoons

A volume of white sugar varies in density due to its granularity. One cup = 48 teaspoons of granular sugar weighs roughly 200g, the same volume of powdered sugar weighs 120g only.

Assuming granular sugar, 1g of sugar is equivalent to 48 / 200 = 0.24 teaspoons. If you want to find out how many teaspoons are equivalent to a given mass of sugar in grams, multiply the weight by 0.24. For powdered sugar, 48 / 120 = 0.4 is the proper conversion factor.

For example: 20g of granular sugar is equivalent to 20 x 0.24 = 4.8 teaspoons. 20g of powdered sugar is equivalent to 20 x 0.4 = 8 teaspoons.
