SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: small dark rectangle on top of screen

From your description it sounds like some of the pixels, or at least some of the colors of those pixels, no longer work.

If there was an issue with the cable, the whole screen would be messed up. Videocards don't display symptoms like that either, it's either working, not, or VERY screwed up.

It is time for a new monitor, I'm sorry (or happy, depending on your outlook) to say.

Cheers!

Visual transparent lines at top of picture

You have a vertical output circuit problem. This was common for Philips' sets. Have a repair shop check it out. Should not be too expensive to repair.

Acer 5670 screen has dark transparent vertical stripe

you will need to check the display cable and if that is ok, you will need to replace the display panel... You're getting a short on the circuit board causing rows of pixels to be blocked out

Color transparencies are dark & poor color

Hello,

Nice printer.. Hope this will give hints. Considering transparency papers, please try another batch of or a piece of transparency paper. Try to adjust also the graphics preferences (dark to light) aside from transparency paper selection. Have a nice day.

Best regards,
