How do i disassemble

Power surges can damage the power supply portion of electric appliances, gadgets.

Follow the line cord and remove the screws to get into the innards of unit and check the components in the power supply. Look and smell for anything discolored, swollen. burnt.

I have a direct water feed B200 Keurig. I have developed a problem with grounds being pushed up to the top of the K Kups. I have cleaned, air blown all orifices and needles but the problem persists

If that is happening then the water is going in, but is not getting out...
This would seem to be a problem with the bottom needle..

Here is a tip that I wrote that will give you some things to try that will helpyou get your Keurig coffee brewer workingagain.

The Keurig B200 primes several times a day and the process takes between 3 and 4 minutes to complete. Is this normal and if not, what do I do about it?

This absolutely not normal. Are you directly hooked up to the water? One possibility is if the machine is shut off when it is turned back on it asks if it has been emptied...if you answer yes by pressing the large cup then it will go through the priming process.

My keurig b200 is stuck in the mode saying that is "heating please wait" nothing seems to be happening i dont have the user maual. is there a way to reset the machine?

It is most likely the 12v air pump not working. It doesn't provide the air pressure to pump the water into the heating canister and, thus, the unit will try to heat the water indefinitely. See the following forum; it's about the B70 but much useful info, including sources for the air pump that you most likely need:
