Question edited for clarity and spelling 'weel' > wheel.
You can try another font wheel, but it is likely to be the same. From a distant memory of using Daisy Wheel Printers, isn't there a setting you have to change depending on the pitch (size) of the font and wheel you are using? If not is likely needs cleaning, servicing and lubricating.
you probably cannot change the font color in e-mails received as the service only gets what is sent ( just like a fax )
however in sending e-mails , open new e-mail message or replying or forwarding existing messages
highlight the word/s or passage/s that you want to change the color of , go to the capital A in the tool bar, click on the drop down arrow then select the color that you want
all of that which was highlighted will now be that selected color
I did a research Google on the terms 'incredimail Molto'.
Incredimail's support pages kept referring to Molto as an android app that can access Incredimail accounts via something called POP3. See Incredimail support pages and the Molto app in the Google Play Store app for details on usage.
