I was concern will the insurece cover my tablet with virsu. warrenty would not it. sorry im a bad in spelling and tpyeing very slow

im typing on pc but back to me when i just open games like amung us cant spell it rigth it just says dis game wont work and im mad at nextbook right now so next book give us a reason why games dont work on your tablet

Sorry to hear about your new tablet Unfortunately if it does not work now it most likely theres nothing going to fix it. I would return it before you do anything that might cause the warrenty to be invalid. Have you tried the tech support route ? If they deem it DOA then you can return it and try something different.

Unfortunately, I purchased the same tablet and found it to be junk as well. I returned it and was sent an M9200...just as bad, so they refunded my money and I still have the terribly, slow tablet. Try resetting the tablet by uncovering the tiny hole to reset it covered by a small sticker on the back of the tablet.

Only hard reset or by connecting to your laptop will help.

Restart the tablet, you more than likely have multiple applications that are running in the background and impacting your tablet speed and ability to spell.

Hello,I had the same problem with my new tablet and I sent it back to Coby and still have not got my new one.The company is sorry as far as I'm concerned. I tracked my tablet and it got to them on Dec. 7th and I still have not got my tablet,no replies from emails,nothing from Coby!!!

That is because XP was designed 10 years before you got your Tablet and there is no driver for it so as far as XP is concerned, it does not exist.
