SOURCE: I can`t find my Rokenbok

For manual you need to either call them at 1-888-476-5265 or email them at

Instruction to put it together

The black Snap Block needs to be at the bottom of that vertical gray beam that supports the bin boxes. The black Snap Block will then connect to the red block. The red block connects to the half beam (3-blocks in length). The half beam then snaps into the light gray riser. (2- blocks in length but postioned vertically) So your Monorail track should sit a total of 6 block lengths away from the vertical beam that your red and blue bin boxes are attached to

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

SOURCE: The Rokenbok monorail will not

We had the same issue here. The motor would run but the drive rollers would not move. I took the entire engine assembly apart and determined that the drive gear (pinion) on the motor shaft had slid out and disengaged from the other gear(s). I pushed it down to re-engage it and it works. A spot of glue where the gear meets the shaft seems to hold it in place. Good luck - lots of screws.

Have you cleaned both battery terminals with a solution of baking soda and water followed by a battery terminal brush to get a good connection on the battery? Also check for a burned fuse link on the red wire on the alternator and another one on the positive battery cable with a test light to see if that's the problem.

with sandpaper until you see shiny metal. The black coating is lead sulphate which has a high resistance to current flow both into and out of the battery. Charge the battery as not all batteries are charged sufficiently when new to do the job. Also not all new batteries are good batteries as they suffer manufacturing faults which allow them to discharge internally. some batteries are sold without the acid so check that is not the case.. Check all terminal connections including any earth wires.

No power at all

Inspect/Test/Replace Hope this helps.

An ignition switch supplies voltage to the ignition control module and/or the ignition coil. Often an ignition sytem thas two wires connected to the run terminal of the ignition switch. On is connected to the module. The other is connected to the primary resistor and coil. The start terminal of the switch is also wired to the module.
You can check for voltage using either a 12-volt test light or a digital multimeter (dmm).
To use a test light:
  • Turn the ignition key off and disconnect the wire connector at the module.
  • Disconnect the S terminal of the starter solenoid to prevent the engine from cranking when the ignition is in the run position.
  • Turn the key to the run position and probe the red wire connection to check for voltage.
  • Check for voltage at the battery terminal of the ignition coil using the test light.
  • Next, turn the key to the start position and check for voltage at the white wire connector at the module and the battery terminal of the ignition coil. If voltage is present, the switch and its circuit are okay.
To do the same test using a DMM:
  • Turn the ignition switch to the off position and back-probe, with the meter's positive lead, the power feed wire at the module.
  • Connect the meter's negative to a good ground at the distributor base.
  • Turn the ignition to the run or start position as needed, and measure the voltage.
  • The reading should be at least 90% of battery voltage.

Electric scooter no power to motor

Sounds like the surface of the relay needs to be cleaned. Doesn't let enough juice through the connection to keep the contact. Might even just need a new relay. Or "Curtis Module."

The Rokenbok monorail will not move forward or backward. And the basket on the monorail moves on its own without stopping or without touching any buttons.

The train engine runs but the wheels do not spin. Happened suddenly, was working just fine

I took the train apart and found the drive gear which is attached to the motor to be cracked down the center therefore freely spinning on the motor shaft and not being able to spin all the remaining gears. I will hopefully find a resolution soon as far as gear replacement.

Nothing electrical works

the main terminal is a heavy red wire attached to the fuse block it should be clean and tight. also you can hook a test light from the battery neg. to the terminal it should light. if it doesn't light you could have a bad engine ground (primary ground). or a poor connection tot he main fuse block terminal previously mentioned
