If your looking for the Service Manual, there isn't one. The fuse will be located on the Power Supply board. The AC cord will lead you right to the board. The majority of mfg's today just supply a flow chart of the circuit design. If your expertise is not electronics trouble shooting then it's a tough battle. Element is an off brand to start with.

The fuse is located on the power supply. You have to remove the back cover of the LCD in order to get to the power supply. The fuse should be near the AC power cord jack. If the fuse is blown, you may have bigger problems than you anticipated.
