SOURCE: I have the Archos 101
I had the same problem with my third Archos 101 (I've had two replacements to the first one I bought in June 2011). I just got the third one two days ago and it wouldn't connect to my WiFi like the previous two would. I had to add the 101's MAC address to my router's setup and now I'm connecting to the Internet. Alternatively, if your cell phone supports tethering (my HTC Tilt does) you can tether your 101 to access the Internet through your phone. Mine is working well that way....for now.

1. Make sure your device's OS is up-to-date.
2. Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled.
3. Make sure you are using the right password to connect to the Wi-Fi.
