You can as long as the surge protector is rated for the same current (say 15 amps) as the space heater. If you must plug into a surge protector, be sure that is the only device that is plugged into the surge protector. It is not advised to plug in space heaters into anything except a wall outlet...not even an extension cord as the current draw from space heaters is usually the maximum current flow for any single outlet. Honestly, I would advise against it.
I understand that your Frigidaire dishwasher, model# FFBD2411NS, will not fill with water. First make sure that the water supply, to your dishwasher, is turned on. Next, make sure the overfill protector moves freely up and down. You will find this located in the front left corner of your appliance. This keeps your appliance from overfilling. Make sure you clean this occasionally with household cleaner containing vinegar or bleach to dissolve any buildup. The overfill protector should move up and down freely about one inch. If it does not move, lift and clean underneath. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.
I understand that water is not coming into your Frigidaire dishwasher, model# PLD2855RFC. There are a couple of things that I would check.
First, check to make sure the water supply is fully turned on.
Secondly, check to make sure the overfill protector moves up and down. The overfill protector keeps your dishwasher from overfilling and is located in the left front corner of the tub. The overfill protector should move up and down freely about one inch. If it does not move, lift and clean underneath. Clean this occasionally with household cleaner containing vinegar or bleach to dissolve any buildup.

One thing you can do is to turn off the K9 web protector by uninstalling it or changing its settings which both requires a password.
Another thing Is to use proxy but this won't work if proxy sites are also blocked by K9.
On Windows, your could also disable the K9 web protector if you have an administrative privileges on your PC:
First go to Start.
Click Control panel.
Click on System and Security .
Under System choose Device Manager.
On Device Manger window, Click View then Check Show Hidden Devices
Look for Non-Plug and Play Devices and Expand it by clicking on it.
Under it, Look for bckd then Double click on it to open its properties.
Then on Startup type choose Disabled.
Click OK then restart your computer.
After restarting, Repeat steps 1 to 7, The current status should be Stopped
If not, Click on Stop button and Click OK and restart once again.
There should be a surge release button on the surge protector to bring the protector back to normal (should be red in color) Some surge protection devices have this option so just check if your s has it. If that is not the case than I think that you might have blown a fuse in your TV.Might just have to open it up and change the fuse within with the same ratings, but please be careful because do have high voltages so get an experienced technician to do this for you. Good Luck.
Do they run at the same time? The two items consume a lot of power. Check the voltage when they are turned on. If the voltage is below 90 Volts. The power surge at your Taco is great. Then, the surge protector could not handle the current inrush that's why it's blown off. You must install a surge protector that can handle the Taco current inrush.
Overload thermal protector is tripping out. When a mechanical refrigerator is unplugged it should remain unplugged for 5-10 minutes to allow the refrigerant pressure to equalize. If you unplug it and then plug it right back in the overload will open on and off until the pressure in the system balance to the point where the compressor will start.
This protector is a two way protector. It opens on Over current and or over temperature. If a condenser is plugged with dust , hair or what ever the fan which circulates the air for cooling the system will not move enough air to keep the compressor with-in operating temperature range. The thermal protector will open.
