Bosch aquastar 125fx piliot will not light

I have cleaned the watervalve, the pilot orifice and assembly, and no success. I last replaced the pilot valve but still nothing. I notice that when it is trying to ignite I get 3-4 VDC at the pilot valve. What should the voltage be? On the ovations it does light I see more like 5-6 VDC. Could this be another switch in the system, or am I looking at replacing the ecm?

Bosch aq 125 no water preasure

Clean water filter yearly or monthly. Page 16 example manual.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Bosch-125BO-NG-LP-outdoor.pdf
Shut off the installer supplied cold water supply valve.
Disconnect water pipe going to the back of the water
valve. Remove filter from back of water valve. Clean the
filter and inspect for damage. Replace if the filter is at all
damaged. Inspect the top of the water valve for signs of
a water leak or corrosion. If present, rebuild the water
valve.

Can not get pilot to lite was working fine had to turn off gas will I changed out some water pipe went to relite and could not get pilot to lite

I would first make absolutly sure that I had all air bleed out of gas line to water heater. If you are trying to bleed air out thru pilot assembly this can take a long time because the opening in pilot orifice is very small. To speed up process if you have a union close to unit or flex connector, you can slightly loosen fitting till you can hear a little hiss of escaping air/gas. When you first smell gas immedieatly tighten fitting. Before you do this make sure there are no standing piloy lights or other sources of flame in the vicinity. When you smell gas and tighten fitting back up try to relight pilot to water heater. If you still can't get pilot to light I would remove pilot line from gas valve and burner. Check to see if you can blow thru it, visually inspect pilot orifice, and if blocked I would get a orifice cleaning tool from hardware or welding supply store. Be careful to select the right size for your orifice and clean it. Reinstall and try to light pilot again.Hope this helps. Thanks

Our pilot light does not stay on...sometimes when temperature changes out side

The pilot light has a thermocouple that allows gas to the pilot light while the flame is burning. If flame goes out it shuts gas off to the pilot jet. It seems that your thermocouple is faulty and needs to be replaced if pilot light keeps going out as the outside air cools.

Pilot light on bosch aq125b will only stay lit as long as I hold down button, turns off as soon as I let go of button.

I was having the same problem-it was caused by a defective gas flue sensor, which is part of the thermocouple assembly. ($75.00 shipped)
I hope this helps

Bosch 1600H won't work on windy days

The incorporation of an anti-back flow, flue pipe insert may be your solution, also the pilot flame control may need to be adjusted up a little.

Good luck
