Hold the button with the lock icon in for 3 seconds. This should toggle the unit off vacation mode and your remotes will work.

SOURCE: My keypad works,my remote opener does not, even
It is related. One of the buttons on your wall control is the lock button and has a lock icon on it. Press and hold it for 3 seconds. The blinking should stop and your remote should now work.

SOURCE: I have 2 liftmaster 3245. The hand held remotes
You need to reprogram the remotes by briefly pushing the learn button on the garage door opener until it flashes once, then release the button on the garage door opener.
Now press the remote button once until you hear the garage door opener click, now press the remote button once again and the remote should be programmed to work for that garage door opener.
DO NOT press and hold the garage door opener learn button for more than 10 seconds or you'll erase all programs and have to relearn all the remotes, including your car ones.
Hope you found this very helpful and best regards.

SOURCE: How do you clear and re-enter a new code for wall mounted remote
To change the code you need to locate the smart/learn button which is near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release it and then walk over to your keypad and key in any 4 digit code you like and press enter.
See if this works for your car.
3. Go to the
Learn Button on your garage door opener. The button is usually next
to the area where the floppy antenna is connected to the motor head.
With Genie it is most often behind the light lens, and an indicator
light flashes red when pressed. With Sears or Liftmaster
(Chamberlain) it is near, or part of, the terminal screw board, and
is a red, green or purple square button with a green, amber or
purple indicator light. Press this learn button momentarily. The
indicator light will turn on and blink if Genie or otherwise stay
lit. For Genie systems, go back to the in-car transmitter button you
programmed and press this button 3 or 4 times, or until the door
starts moving. This should set your in-car transmitter to your
garage door opener. For Liftmaster, Sears, or Linear Megacode press
and hold the in-car button you programmed until the garage opener
light flashes. Your in-car is now programmed to operate your door.

SOURCE: Hi, My Digidoor II opener only
I had the same problem easy to fix!
It's the rocker rail (small plastic thing that ajusts the power and direction) that is damaged. Buy the part for R36-00 from any Digidoor agent 011 3978448.
Remove the motor from the installation rail and open the blue motor cover. You will see the rocker rail is attached to the blue cover, one of them will be broken. Replace both of them (up and down)!
