Our Xerox machine says controller error error 116-324

Someone printing a web page or a document with text/image that the machine does not recognise. Delete the job from the server or PC from where it is being forwarded to the machine then power on machine. If the job is stuck on the machine queue then power on and as soon as the print job appears in the queue on the machine you need to deleteit. May have to log in as admin.

I fixed the problem (following the user's guide).
1. After reinstalling the new drum unit into the printer, keep the front cover open.
2. Press "Clear/Back" on the machine
3. Press "1" and when the LCD shows "Accepted", close the front cover.

Still sounds like there is a problem with the fuser unit. The technician that replaced the parts should be able to troubleshoot the problem.
C6 = Fuser error. The unit is not heating up due to a bad Fuser lamp, fuse, or thermostat, or bad thermistor.
The circuit is open, and the machine won't work til the problem is repaired. Once open circuit is repaired/closed, the machine should reset on it's own after you power the machine down and back up.

Does the machine flash the C6 right away as soon as you turn it on OR, does the C6 show up after about 3-5 minutes?

If you get the C6 right away, then the circuit is open, and that needs to be fixed.

If you get a c6 after 3-5 minutes, then there is a good chance the lamp is bad.
Hope this helps.
Good luck
