SOURCE: Wring for trolling motor
just hook the two batteries up in series. To do this buy one short cable and use it to hook the positive of one of the batteries to the negative pole of the other. Then use the two remaining poles, one positive and one negative to hook up to the motor. good luck

To get parts for your welder you'll need to have the serial number off the tag on the case. This problem could have other causes, have you:
Checked the tension on the wire spool? You ought to be able to pull the wire by hand easily.
Checked the tension setting on the pinch rollers? Too much tension can drag down the motor speed.
You could also have a bad control card depending on which model wire feeder this is.

The easiest way to do it is to get a capacitor just for the fan motor (in the motor tag you can read what size cap. you need , maybe 5uf or 7.5 uf) and put the two brown wires on each side of the capacitor and the lines (probably white and black) to the contactor.

If the motor is not spinnig then it is probably seized. These motors are very robust and rarely need replacement parts. Remove both the top and bottom bearings, clean shaft and bearings with solvent and then fill bearings with light machine oil. The bearings have a sponge inside which will soak up lots of oil for years of trouble free use. Once reassembled, tap the bottom bearing while the motor is spinnig and the bearings will centre themselves. If the idler and it's mechanism is working ok as well then you should feel lots of torque from the from the platter when it is spinning.

You didn't give a model, here's a manual on their motors and the wiring diagrams, they start on page 2-9.It should get you there,or you can check out their other manuals on the same page .Take care!
