What's the difference between glutamine and glutathione?

Glutamine Basics
Glutamine is the single most abundant amino acid in the human body. it is made internally and so is classified as a nonessential amino acid. However, conditions and circumstances such as chronic stress, infections, surgery and physical injury can lead to the development of glutamine deficiency.
You need glutamine for purposes that include eliminating the waste product ammonia from your body and maintaining normal function in your immune system, as well as maintaining the function of your digestive system and brain. Most people have no problem supplying their bodies with glutamine.
Glutathione Basics
It functions as an antioxidant and helps protect your cells from cell-damaging molecules known as free reformer. In addition, glutathione helps your body absorb and use other amino acids.Glutathione plays a major role in controlling the types of bonds formed between proteins and other substances in your body.
Glutathione, also called glutamyl cysteinyl glycine, is a natural substance in your body made from a specific form of glutamate, as well as two other amino acids called cysteine and glycine. Like glutamate, cysteine and glycine are nonessential amino acids.

I heard that its good to eat cottage cheese before bed. Why is that?

Cottage cheese is actually taken by many bodybuilders right before they go to bed because it contains casein protein, which is a type of protein that digests very slowly. Because it digests slowly, it makes us feel full for a longer period of time.

How many protein bars should I eat per day?

Go with whole food proteins or quality whey shake. Make sure you know what you are eating, Cliff is probably one of the highest rated ones, so two bars would be fine along with normal meals. Whey protein is a naturally complete protein, meaning that it contains all of the essential amino acids required in the daily diet.

Whey protein is a rich source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), containing the highest known levels of any natural food source. BCAAs are important for athletes since unlike the other essential amino acids, they are metabolized directly into muscle tissue and are the first ones used during periods of exercise and resistance training.

Whey protein provides the body with BCAAs to replenish depleted levels and start repairing and rebuilding lean muscle tissue.

What vegetables are good for cats?

Cats are obligate carnivores, which means their natural diet is strictly raw meat ONLY. Cats biologically need the complete amino acid chain that is supplied in animal protein. Vegetables have amino acids but are missing certain parts, dogs and humans have the biological ability to synthesize the missing amino acid in vivo but cats can not. So long story short, no vegetables are not good for cats, however my cat loves pumpkin and canned beetroot. It is very hard to find cat food that contains no vegetables, the only way to give your cat the correct diet nature intended is to make it yourself.
