You took it as a free trial 12 months ago. The trial has expired and your credit card has been charged as mentioned in the offer.

To cancel an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do not continue. Note: If you don't cancel your Amazon Prime free trial, you will automatically continue to a paid membership at the end of the trial period. You can find this date listed on the left-hand side of the Manage Your Prime Membership page.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Why do I have a 11.76 charge for Amazon Prime Membership when I never signed up for it?

We are Fixya, we are not Amazon.

Log into your account and see what the $11.76 is for. It seems an odd amount for Prime membership. Prime is $79 CDN, so $6.58 a month. When you last purchased something, the is a check box asking if you want a free trial of Prime. You had to uncheck it. It also links in to getting Free Delivery, and it is easy to mistake the Free Delivery for subscribing to the Amazon Prime Trial. You cancel Amazon Prime from within your account.

To cancel an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do not continue. Note: If you don't cancel your Amazon Prime free trial, you will automatically continue to a paid membership at the end of the trial period. You can find this date listed on the left-hand side of the Manage Your Prime Membership page.

I just saw Amazon Prime charge of $99 on my credit card. I don't remember sign up for this nor do I think that I have used Amazon Prime. When did I ever use this Amazon Prime?

If you ordered ANYTHING from Amazon, you automatically signed up for PRIME and it is not free. When you check out, you need to uncheck the box that subscribes you to prime or it is automatic. Go back to the website for amazon and look for CONTACT US. Then get a hold of them and cancel prime. Unless you buy a lot from them it is not worth the cost. IT is a membership and you get billed once a year.

Hi
Amazon have run several free trial periods for Amazon Prime which has certain benefits, and at the end of the trial period they charge the annual fee, £79, to a registered card, unless you cancel within the trial period.
You can find out more about it by going here:
Amazon co uk Help Amazon Prime

You do not need to sign in to Amazon for this but you will have to to Manage Your Prime Account, if you wish to cancel Amazon Prime membership.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

You should go onto amazon and live chat and explain that you did not want to sign up to amazon prime, it happened to me before and I told them it was an accident and they refunded it, live chat is available here
