On the Smart Cycle, I cannot get the screen to appear. On one TV, I get a split screen and on the other, the device isn't even recognized. Any suggestions

No it’s not a smart tv.

If everything else is working then it must be the WIFI module on the tv. Now you should be able to use a USB device to update the firmware on the tv if yu have already done so just to see if that works

You will need a Smart TV or additional device to stream netflex. !
Click on app choose activate and a code will appear to add device.
Follow instructions on the screen.

You have to establish a connection to your router so the Roku can communicate .

I would suggest that you go to the manufacturer of the Blu Ray and most likely you will find the driver available on the RCA site located there under support for available.

on my computer right click and select properties, then go to the device manager. Under the USB device locate this device and delete and unplug the cable from the computer. Let the computer reboot, and plug the cable into another port if ava. and see what happens.
