Contact the seller to see what their returns terms and conditions for an exchange for the correct item
did you order the wrong item or did they send the wrong item if it was their fault you may have more rights but that all depends on your local consumer regulations

Returns procedure for faulty goods purchased 30/11/15

High-street shops don't have to accept returns unless an item is faulty, but online purchases are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations The Consumer Contracts Regulations When you buy goods online you have additional rights to return them.
This is because your decision may be based on a brief description or a photograph - so what you receive isn't always quite what you'd expected.
under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to return your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Many online retailers extend this even further so be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully as you may have longer to return unwanted items.

Trying to replace automatic adjusters on rear brakes for a 1997 chevy z-71 k1500...the hole in the adjuster pivot point is too big for the mounting pin...what am i doing wrong?

you might have the wrong kit. They are starting to get bad with drum brake parts. Do you have the old pins? There are 2 holes at the top--one for the return spring and one for the adjuster pivot, right? And the pin goes in the lower of those 2 holes, right?

Said that cartridge was empty after changing cartridge, got that cleared and now it will not receive a fax. What do I need to do

Your faxes are probably stored in memory. They automatically print when the a) cartridge is installed properly full, b) fax has paper, c) there is no paper jam.

There also may be a "Print Hold" function activated.

1. Press <print hold> [RCV DATA PRINT] will display.
2. Press "Right Arrow" on the <start/memory> button.
3. Enter 4-digit Print Hold code.
4. Press <start/memory>. Printing will begin. If the wrong code is entered [WRONG CODE] will display. Go back to step 3 and start again. Once you've entered the wrong code 3 times, you will return to your standby display.
