It ll have something stuck in pump like coin.screw.hair clip.bra wire etc.pump is at bottom front of machine unplug before u check.and be aware water will come out
I would check the filter assembly and the drain line to see if there is an obstruction visible or twist in the line that you could smooth out. The drain solenoid valve could be faulty and just isn't opening any longer. It's an electrically operated valve that makes a rather loud "click" when it energizes to open the drain and let the water flow out.
Where is the drain solenoid located and is it easy to replace please? I am an electrical engineer so most likely have the skills:-)

Rick, the solenoid is inside the cabinet, closest to the exit of the drain line in most cases. Please understand that I'm guessing here because I've never laid hands on that model of machine. That being said, most designs locate the bracket and solenoid at the bottom, rear and I have never seen one mounted on the inner sides. There have been machines with the solenoid located up top but that was a long time (60s) & many shorted out control assemblies ago. I promise, You have the skills, the trick will be, do you have the patience? Just go slow and don't force anything and your ability will prevail. If you hit a snag, ask more questions.

Suggest you check pump filter.
you will find it located at the rear right side of the m/c.
Remove lower rear panel, there you will see a large black hose, remove securing clip, and detach hose, the filter is located inside, remove and clean, make sure you put everything back in the same order you took it off.
This should solve your prob. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged and the outlet is clear also.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
